Our products undergo detailed inspection before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or not the item you ordered, you may request a return. Please ensure that you carefully inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
Since every pair is crafted to your selected size, we recommend verifying your measurements with our size chart before completing your order. Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of preference are not accepted. Our support team is always available to assist you with sizing guidance prior to purchase.
Each shoe is hand-finished by our artisans, and slight variations in color, tone, or texture may occur. These differences are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@marcellosarto.com within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
If your return request is approved, you must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order. While we do not charge a restocking fee, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
