We accept returns and size exchanges requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories.
Since every pair is crafted to your selected size, we recommend verifying your measurements with our size chart before completing your order. If the fit is not right, you may request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return condition requirements above. Our support team is always available to assist you with sizing guidance.
Each shoe is hand-finished by our artisans, and slight variations in color, tone, or texture may occur. These differences are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@marcellosarto.com within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
For standard returns, size exchanges, fit-related returns, or change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, Marcello Sarto will cover the appropriate return or replacement costs after verification. We do not charge a restocking fee.
