30-Day Returns & Size Exchanges:
Eligible unworn standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, creasing, sole wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted.

Size & Fit Exchanges:
If your shoes do not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size or fit exchanges.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Customized & Personalized Orders:
Products made with customer-requested customization, special sizing, colors, materials, initials, or other personalized specifications are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
